Policy covers specific Footwear.

BILLY Footwear warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from billyfootwear.com. The footwear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.  If a BILLY Footwear product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, BILLY Footwear will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. BILLY Footwear is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

Limited Warranty Policy Limitations

Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

• All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from a billyfootwear.eu
• Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

How to process a warranty claim:

• If you bought the BILLY Footwear product via an authorized dealer, we recommend customers first try to process their warranty through that authorized dealer. 
• If you bought the BILLY Footwear product via billyfootwear.com, feel free to submit a warranty by e-mailing us to claims@billyfootwear.eu

DISCLAIMER: The limited warranty relating to BILLY Footwear branded footwear is in lieu of any other express warranty. No employee or representative of BILLY Footwear has any authority to bind BILLY Footwear to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning BILLY Footwear branded footwear products, except as stated herein. BILLY Footwear shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental or punitive damages.
